I learned to look for the system before I learned to work in healthcare.
Engineer by training. In aesthetic medicine since 2012. Education & Partnerships Director at the International Aesthetic Board (IAB), and an independent advisor on healthcare growth, education and strategic partnerships.

Engineering taught me to look for what connects.
When I moved into aesthetic medicine in 2012, I found a field full of talent and activity. I also found the same kind of system problems I knew from engineering: education that didn't lead anywhere, expertise that stayed inside the treatment room, partnerships that stalled after the first meeting, and launches that got attention without adoption.
My work since has been connecting those pieces, with universities, medical societies, faculty, companies and clinics across the Middle East and Europe.
On the commercial side, I work on go-to-market and B2B growth for aesthetic brands, distributors and clinics across the Gulf, Egypt and Europe: market entry, distributor strategy, business development and the revenue systems that keep growth moving.
Diagnose before prescribing. Design beyond the immediate task. Leave working pieces behind.

I began my career as an oil and gas engineer. Engineering trains you to look past the visible component to the system around it: dependencies, sequences, failure points and what must happen before the next stage can work.
Delivering medical courses and professional events across nine countries taught me how faculty, companies, delegates and logistics interact under pressure, and what makes an event worth repeating.
Working across a broad portfolio of course topics and formats changed how I saw education: from single activities to professional-development architecture with pathways, faculty and recognition.
Work with clinics, companies, distributors and professional organizations added the commercial lens: go-to-market, adoption, partnerships and the systems that keep growth moving.
Education & Partnerships Director at the International Aesthetic Board (IAB), a UK-registered medical education and certification body, and independent advisor across four areas: go-to-market and B2B growth, medical education, strategic partnerships, and events and professional ecosystems.

- Diagnose before prescribing. The visible problem is rarely the real constraint.
- Design beyond the immediate task.A course, meeting or launch should be built around what happens after it.
- Leave working pieces behind.Documents, structures and decisions a team can run without me.
