Medical Education.

Designing education that moves professionals forward and becomes a durable business: programs, pathways, faculty development and the training centers that deliver them.

Why it matters

Education should create progression, not accumulation.

Many education providers grow by adding courses. Learners collect certificates without a clear next step, faculty are invited event by event, and revenue depends on constantly finding new learners.

My work in medical education, including leading education and partnerships at an international certification board, focuses on the architecture around clinical content: stages, assessment, recognition, faculty pathways and the business model that sustains them.

The same principles apply when building a training center from scratch: decide the model, approvals, curriculum and faculty before the room.

Faculty stay when they can see where the role leads.

Questions

What education leaders ask.

Do you design clinical content?

No. Clinical content stays with your faculty and medical leads. I design the architecture, pathways, faculty model and business around it.

Can you help us build a training center?

Yes. Training center development is part of this area, from feasibility and licensing map to launch and operations.

Do you handle accreditation?

I provide accreditation planning support: structure and documentation. Accreditation decisions sit with the relevant accrediting bodies.
