What this website collects
When you send the brief form, your name, email, organization, phone number (if given) and the details you write are stored in my customer relationship system (HubSpot) so I can reply and keep a record of our conversation. WhatsApp then opens with your message already written, and nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you choose to send it.
If you subscribe to Field notes, your email address is stored in HubSpot to send you the newsletter. Every issue includes a way to unsubscribe. The growth diagnostic runs in your browser and does not store your answers.
If you email or message me, I receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, organization and the challenge you describe.
How information is used
I use what you send only to reply to you, prepare a proposal or deliver agreed work. I do not sell or rent personal information, and I do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they measure visits in aggregate without identifying you.
Third-party services
HubSpot stores form submissions and newsletter subscriptions, and Zoho Mail handles email. WhatsApp, LinkedIn and these providers process information under their own privacy policies. Fonts and files are served from this website itself.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, by emailing the address above. I will respond within 30 days.
